Head office is located in central Auckland where we have a dedicated team of Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and admin support & accounting staff working alongside the Site Managers and Carpenters on site from procurement to final completion.
Lindesay Construction Limited was founded by Philip Lindesay in 1987. Philip is passionate about architecture and design and takes great pride in striving for perfection and creating award winning homes. Philip’s breadth of knowledge in the construction industry and eye for detail has led to what is arguably the best residential construction company in the country. His leadership continues to drive his passionate team.
Working on Philip’s building sites when he was growing up gave William a practical background in his journey to become a Registered Architect. After working as an Architect in the UK and NZ, William joined the family business in 2012. William assists in project management, procurement, cost control, construction programming, compliance and detailing, thus reducing risk for all parties. His role is to support the entire project team to deliver a successful outcome for all parties.
Hamish had a traditional apprenticeship in the mid 80’s after studyingChemistry at Massey University. After running his own company from1989, he joined Lindesay Construction in late 1998.His focus is company and project management. He has workedalongside Philip Lindesay for many years and is highly respected inthe industry. Hamish directs projects from the head offi ce, and off ersunparalleled expertise and support to the site managers.
